What We do:

 

End Stage Renal Disease Rockstars (ESRDR) -  is a community based organization operating programs nationally within the US with a focus on Chicago, Illinois and surrounding areas.  ESRDR provides end stage renal disease education, support group and counseling referrals, living donation resources, caregiver respite programming, and peer-to-peer training services to renal disease patients caregivers of all ages. 

 

 Since first offering services in 2016, ESRDR has grown quickly to address the growing needs of family members and care partners of end stage renal disease patients.  We are a publicly and privately supported, organization seeking to uphold our mission to … encourage caregivers to make themselves a priority, so that they can continue caring for the ones that they love.  

 

Our services, education programs, and resources are designed with caregivers' needs in mind and offer support, tailored information, and tools to manage the complex demands of caregiver.  Such as, First Steps - New Caregivers Peer Program and Caring for Caregiver Program.
